If and when Reputation Management collects your information (billing and contact), the company does everything in its power to keep it secure and private.

We take a variety of measures to do so and that includes:

  1. We use a separate and private server. Although we process transactions on that server, we do no store your information on that server and we clear the server frequently.
  2. We do not sell or give access to your information to third parties.
  3. The information is only accessed by a small team of qualified and trusted individuals so your information stays within a small circuit.
  4. Our accounting procedures are anonymous. In other words, names are not put on our accounting sheets but rather numbers and IDs.

To add, our policy complies with the two following laws of Online Privacy.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Due to the fact that we value your clientele and therefore your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to meet the standards and regulations of the California Online Privacy Protection Act. Again, we do not distribute your information.

In compliance with the act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time. They simply must log onto their control panel and going to the ‘Edit Profile’ page.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Reputation Management complies with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all marketed and sold to individuals over the age of 13.
